All Dogs: Please FAX your dog’s shot records to us prior to the start of class. Alternatively, you may mail shot records to us. Either way, we must see shot records by your first day of class or your dog will be restricted from free-play. Puppaccino students are also required to have a clear fecal report prior to attending class. |

Puppies: Must have their wellness check with vet, first vaccine, and fecal test and if your vet agrees, we would prefer that your puppy has a Bordetella vaccine prior to class -- the Bordetella vaccine is optional and the decision is up to your vet. Some vets like to give the Bordetella vaccine to pups AFTER 16 weeks of age. If your puppy has not had the first series of shots, you may still come to class. If your puppy meets our requirements they may participate in free play. Remember to bring along a clear fecal report too! |

Dogs over 5 months: Must have complete vaccination records including Bordetella (kennel cough vaccine). |

Having current vaccinations for your dog will help protect your dog but does not guarantee immunity from all illnesses s/he may encounter during group classes. |

We do not accept intact (non-neutered) male dogs over the age of 9 months into group training classes without prior approval from the instructor. If your male dog is not neutered, we will be happy to work with you privately or refer you to other group training classes offered at Cascade Kennels that may accept intact males. Male dogs that mark in class may be with held from free play. |
| * | We do not accept aggressive dogs into group training classes. If your dog has aggression issues, we will be happy to work with you and your dog outside of our group training classes to get you the help you need. Please contact us prior to class with aggression issues so we won't be forced to dismiss your dog from group class. |
| * | We must receive class tuition within 5 business days of registration to guarantee your placement in class. If you're not paying online, please pay promptly by check. Make checks payable to "PUPPY MANNERS". Mail your check to PO Box 2569, Woodinville, WA 98072-2569. Receipt of payment assures your reservation for the class. Class registration fees are not refundable, transferable or pro-rated. |

Group Training Classes are held at CASCADE KENNELS and CRYSTAL CREEK FARMS, both in Woodinville. For directions, please go to Cascade Kennels' web site or Puppy Manners' web site. |
| * | Puppy Manners training classes are much like college classes at a university. Your tuition reserves a seat for you in a specific class held on a specific set of days and at specific times. If you do not attend, no matter what the reason, you are not entitled to any refund or transfer of tuition to another class or day. We have very limited space and have a very tightly held classroom limit for students and dogs. Once a class session begins, that is, once the first class day has passed, we are unable to fairly sell your seat to someone else. No acceptions are possible. If you have questions about this policy, please contact us BEFORE you sign up to make sure you agree with and can abide by our policy. Thank you. |

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: Please note that Puppy Manners training classes and events will be cancelled if King County and/or Snohomish County schools are closed due to weather conditions. When classes fall on holidays or if you are uncertain, please email Becky or call 425.482.1057. |
